Job Summary:
The Automotive Finance Manager at Schlossmann Subaru City is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all financial aspects of vehicle sales, including securing financing for customers and maximizing dealership profits. This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance and sales, with a proven track record of success.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation based on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of automotive financing, including securing financing for customers and negotiating interest rates and terms with lending institutions
- Work closely with sales team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financing paperwork and contracts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all financing and insurance regulations to ensure compliance
- Maximize dealership profits by effectively selling finance and insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the financing process
- Track and analyze dealership financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and motivate sales team on best practices for finance and insurance sales
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor financing options
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all financial transactions
- Other duties as assigned by dealership management.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and services
- Familiarity with state and federal financing regulations
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales and finance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
