Position Summary:
The Finance Manager serves as a strategic partner to finance leadership by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational reporting. This role drives data-informed decision-making, process optimization, and AI-enabled financial efficiencies across the organization.
Position Details:
  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management processes across the organization.
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards, productivity metrics, profitability analyses, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with department leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Lead financial process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
  • Support vendor analysis, contract reviews, capital expenditure planning, and business case development.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and financial transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic operational partner to leadership by providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
AI & Automation Responsibilities
  • Develop AI-assisted forecasting models to improve budget accuracy and financial planning.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
