We believe that happy employees lead to happier customers. Thatโ€™s why we actively champion work-life balanceโ€”offering workday flexibility because we know your family comes first. We aren't just looking for someone to push paperwork; we are looking for up to two driven Finance Managers who want to build a legacy, mentor their peers, and grow with a dealership that promotes from within.

The Wickstrom Difference

Before we ask what you can do for us, here is what we do for you:

  • Real Work-Life Balance: Flexibility during the workday to keep your family first.

  • Sales Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

You will be the bridge between our Sales team, our lenders, and our valued customers. You aren't just closing deals; you are maximizing profitability while delivering a 5-star experience.

  • Customer Experience: Welcome customers transitioning from Sales, conduct consultative credit interviews, and present fully transparent pricing menus for financing and aftermarket products.

  • Deal Structuring & Compliance: Structure conventional, subprime, and special finance deals. Ensure 100% compliance with all state/federal laws, dealership guidelines, and confidentiality standards.

  • Lender Relationships: Maintain exceptional relationships with current finance sources, manufacturers, and vendors while hunting for new lender partnerships. Track portfolios and rehash deals to maximize approvals.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Work in conjunction with all departments sales, service, parts and accounting.

  • Administrative Excellence: Review paperwork for correct titles, liens, and taxes. Inspect the daily flow of paperwork to ensure lightning-fast funding turnarounds.

What You Bring to the Showroom (Your Specs)
  • Experience: 1 to 5+ years of proven Automotive Dealership Finance (F&I) or automotive sales leadership experience.

  • Skills: Highly organized, heavily detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. You must have advanced proficiency in dealership software, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.

  • Mindset: A consultative closer with high ethical standards, professional appearance, and a commitment to customer loyalty (CSI).

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (College degree is a plus).

  • Requirements: Valid in-state driverโ€™s license with a safe driving record. Must be 18+ and willing to undergo a standard background check.
