Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to discuss financing and leasing options.
  • Submit credit applications and secure financing through lending institutions.
  • Present finance, warranty, GAP, maintenance, and other protection products.
  • Explain loan terms, interest rates, and payment options.
  • Prepare and review finance and legal documentation for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies.
  • Achieve departmental sales and profitability goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete funding packages.
