What We Need

The Sr Director FP&A is a senior-level leader responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide strategic insights and support executive decision-making. This role will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy, providing insights for decision-making, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial projections.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast, providing explanations and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives, cost reduction efforts, and operational improvements.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial accountability and performance.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
What You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 12+ years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 7+ years of management experience.
