Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) analyste financier(ère) afin de se joindre à une équipe financière dynamique et collaborative. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans la production de l’information financière, l’analyse des résultats et l’amélioration continue des processus, tout en contribuant à la prise de décisions stratégiques.

Responsabilités principales
· Participer aux processus de fermeture financière mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle.
· Préparer, réviser et analyser les états financiers ainsi que les rapports de gestion.
· Effectuer les conciliations de comptes et analyser les écarts financiers.
· Analyser les données financières afin d’identifier les tendances, les risques et les occasions d’amélioration.
· Participer à la préparation des budgets, des prévisions financières et des modèles d’analyse.
· Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations, des achats, de la production et autres départements afin d’améliorer la gestion des inventaires et la performance financière.
· Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration des processus financiers ainsi qu’aux projets d’implantation ou d’optimisation de systèmes ERP.
· Assurer le respect des contrôles internes, des politiques comptables et des normes de présentation de l’information financière.
· Assumer progressivement davantage de responsabilités afin de contribuer à l’efficacité globale de l’équipe financière.
· Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles d’analyses financières et de rapports.

Qualifications et expérience
· Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
· Titre CPA complété ou en voie d’obtention considéré comme un atout important; les candidatures sans titre CPA seront également considérées.
