Le Directeur principal, Finance - FP&A corporatif, est responsable de l'elaboration, de la communication et de la mise en uvre de la planification et de l'analyse financieres pour la consolidation de McKesson Canada. Diriger des equipes interfonctionnelles pour suivre la performance des indicateurs cles par rapport au budget ou aux analyses financieres prevues.
Determiner les normes et indicateurs permettant de mesurer la performance financiere de McKesson Canada.
Concevoir et communiquer des modeles flexibles (tests de resistance, gestion des depenses, analyse couts variables vs couts fixes, etc.) afin d'assurer une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes et une integration fluide dans les processus de cloture mensuelle, de prevision et de budgetisation annuelle.
Identifier et communiquer les KPI/indicateurs cles a la haute direction, en mettant en lumiere leur impact global sur l'entreprise avec des rapports clairs et concis.

Analyse et performance financiere

Diriger l'analyse des resultats financiers de l'entreprise en lien avec les profits, tendances, couts, et conformite aux budgets, previsions et plan a long terme.

Qualifications

Baccalaureat en commerce avec specialisation en finance ou comptabilite. Titre comptable professionnel (CPA) requis ; solide expertise comptable.

Job Summary
The Senior Director, Finance - Corporate FP&A is responsible for developing, communicating, and leading the execution of financial planning & analysis for McKesson Canada consolidation. The incumbent acts as the primary financial interface with McKesson Corporate and leadership team across different business units for forecast, budget, long range plan and for any ad hoc projects requiring financial analysis. Guide senior management as an effective business partner in consolidating budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, at both strategic and tactical levels.


The candidate will act as a business partner and key financial advisor to the VP, Finance, Corporate FP&A as well as CFO
Lead and oversee all aspects of the financial planning & analysis function supporting the McKesson Canada business unit, including, but not limited to financial reporting, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, quarterly operating reviews, long range plans and ad hoc financial analysis
Accountable to guide executive management with respect to the financial implications of business decisions, to identify and manage financial risks and opportunities related to the operations and long-term plan of the businesses (McKesson Canada Consolidation).
Provide strategic decision support, scenario planning, and risk and opportunity analysis to achieve forecast and long-range financial goals
Lead the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives by making recommendations on solutions/initiatives to the business stakeholders, taking in consideration external and internal factors, market impacts, legislation, and alignment to McK Corporate financial objectives.
Lead discussions and bring teams to consensus on matters having BU's interdependency
Plays a lead role in advancing McKesson Canada FP&A strategy across our different groups
Support team to identify and implement effective strategies to maximize forecast accuracy amongst the different business units at McKesson Canada
Support team with month end deliverables
Ensures that at a consolidated basis, we meet budget and deliver appropriate growth in future years. Communicates clearly to VP, Finance FP&A and M&A as well as to BU CFO, the risks, and opportunities for current year as well as for future years.
Lead cross-functional teams to track key drivers' performance against budget / financial business case
Determine key standards and metrics to measure financial performance of McKesson Canada
Lead and communicate flexible models (e.g., stress test, spend smart, variable vs fixed cost analysis, etc.) to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders that creates simple process flow into monthly close and forecasting processes and annual budgeting and reporting.
Identify and communicate KPIs/metrics to senior leadership highlighting the overall impact on the enterprise, with clear and concise reporting
Accountable to maintain and ensure a highly effective internal control environment and executive accountability to adhere to all SOX related processes for budget/LRP process.

Accountable to lead the analysis of the business financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets, forecast and LRP.
Responsible to monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and recommend strategic solutions critical to the success and growth of the business.
Develop and implement the appropriate and timely KPI's for the BU management team and develop metrics to help in the real-time management of the business.
Challenge the BU financial submissions for budget, LRP and Rolling FCST of key stakeholders to ensure that we capture the right savings and that costs are properly captured in the forecast /budget/long range plan.
Guide senior management in developing layovers during monthly forecast and rolling forecast; develops business success planning during budgets and LRP that will be reviewed and approved by executive leadership team
Business partner to the investors relations group at Corporate to represent Canada key drivers' and performance vs last year
Lead and support process improvements and system implementation projects related to financial planning (including corporate led projects)
General Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting. Must have an accounting designation (CPA); strong accounting knowledge
Minimum of 15 years of accounting and management experience in a similar role; with a minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a global company
Proven track record of accomplishments, and ability to interact with senior management, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies
Possess a comprehensive knowledge with financial planning & analysis, as well as systems and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of a broader set of business economics, intelligence, and analytical techniques.
