Our client, a bank-owned equipment finance company, is expanding its sales team and seeking experienced Equipment Finance Sales Executives to drive growth in key markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed individual and corporate revenue targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development, and referral partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources in your territory.
  • Educate customers and partners on the company's financing solutions and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.
  • Serve as a trusted industry resource for customers and partners.

Qualifications
  • Proven success in equipment finance sales.
  • Established book of business with strong relationships among end users.
  • Experience in financing collateral such as specialty vehicles, manufacturing, industrial, marine, yellow iron, or other miscellaneous equipment.
  • Experience in structuring equipment finance transactions in the $200K to $5MM range.
  • Driven to meet and exceed production goals.
  • Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business.
