Structured Finance Associate Attorney (All Levels)

Location: Charlotte, Chicago, D.C., Houston, or New York

Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm and support its Structured Finance and Securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance areas, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney looking to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance matters.

  • Work on warehouse financing, asset-based lending, and related structured transactions.
