Overview

The Commercial Finance Manager is a strategic business partner who bridges the gap between raw financial data and commercial operations. They drive revenue growth, manage pricing and profitability, and evaluate financial risks alongside sales and marketing leaders to maximize corporate profit. A key element of this role is managing and innovating the sales incentive program.

Reports to: VP of Commercial Finance

Work location: Florham Park, NJ

Work schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial analysis & planning
  • Manage sales incentive programs aligned with business objectives: lead improvement and enhancement of commercial KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure performance analysis drives growth and highlights potential risks & opportunities.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support monthly business reviews and strategic planning.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and communication of incentive payouts.
  • Champion data integrity, automation, and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align revenue planning with business goals & strategy.
  • Governance & process improvement: lead initiatives to consolidate & streamline S&OP of sales incentive plans.
  • Continually contribute to improvements to drive simplification and adherence to plans.

Pay range for the primary location of this position: $118,700.00 – $169,800.00 USD.
