The analyst helps translate business activity into useful financial insight, contributes to standardized reporting and process documentation, and assists in building scalable tools and dashboards that improve decision support.

The role is well suited for a detail-oriented analyst who can work across functions, organize and interpret data, and contribute to practical improvements in both financial insight and operational execution.

Help track KPIs that improve visibility into financial operations performance and support decision-making.

Process Mapping, Standardization & Improvement Support efforts to map, review, and improve finance-related operational processes, including handoffs, controls, bottlenecks, data dependencies, and decision points. Support maintenance of business rules, KPI logic, and metric definitions to improve consistency and auditability. Partner with finance, operations, and systems teams to improve data quality and reduce reconciliation effort.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Change Enablement Work across finance, operations, and data teams to help translate business needs into actionable reporting and process solutions. Support adoption of improved processes, reporting tools, and standards through documentation, training support, and stakeholder coordination. Contribute to reusable templates, reporting standards, and best practices that strengthen BNET's finance operations and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, financial operations, analytics, business process analysis, or a related function. Experience with financial analysis, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Ability to document processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements. Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly for business stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment with strong data integrity and control requirements. Familiarity with finance systems, planning tools, or ERP/reporting environments. Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence disciplines.
