What You'll Do

• Guide customers through financing and protection options with professionalism and transparency.

• Secure competitive financing through our network of lending partners.

• Present vehicle protection products, warranties, GAP, and other aftermarket offerings while maintaining a

consultative, customer-first approach.

• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.

• Build strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners.

• Consistently achieve performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager is required.

• A history of top performance with strong product penetration, finance performance, and customer

satisfaction.

• Knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership finance processes.
