Ground Floor Opportunity — New Ownership, New Direction

Riverton Acura is under new ownership and is building a team that will define what this store becomes. We're looking for a Finance Manager (F&I) who closes with confidence, treats every customer with honesty and respect, and brings energy to a department we're investing in from day one.

If you love the challenge of structuring the right deal, building trust fast, and turning "just looking" into "let's do this” we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Present financing and protection products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other F&I products) using DT Menu
  • Structure deals and work with prime and subprime lenders to secure strong approvals for the customer and the store
  • Contract new business and close deals with a strong, ethical closing style
  • Verifying all paperwork for cash, finance, and lease transactions is accurate and complete
  • Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Partner closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities on every deal
  • Delivering a transparent, professional finance experience that builds long-term customer loyalty

What We're Looking For

  • Strong closing skills — you know how to guide a customer to a decision without pressure
  • Outgoing personality — you build rapport quickly and make people feel comfortable
  • Honesty and integrity — you sell what's right for the customer, every time
  • Automotive F&I experience preferred; will train the right closer coming from automotive sales
  • Dealertrack/DT Menu experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and the financing marketplace
  • A team-first attitude and the drive to help build something new

What We Offer

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Christmas savings match program
  • Employee purchase/service savings program
  • Ground-floor opportunity with a growing dealer group
  • A team environment where your work directly shapes the store's future

Riverton Acura is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
