As a financial analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop financial skills, communication skills, and an understanding of how Finance supports the Operating team in achieving company goals. This position will be assigned within the Corporate, Industrial, or Commercial Finance Groups.
The Financial Analyst provides analytical support, financial modeling, and reporting to guide business decisions and improve financial performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate trends, assess risks and opportunities, and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
This role provides the opportunity to move across and up the organization and become a leader within one of the largest OEMs in the world.
Duties may be related to below activity, depending on placement:
  • Income Statement budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting activity
  • Cash flow budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting activity
  • Project analysis and controlling
  • Performing accounting activities including analyzing/documenting transactions, recording journal entries, preparing reconciliations, and performing variance analysis
  • Establishing and maintaining internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Driving process improvements across finance, accounting, or operational areas with support of emerging technologies
  • Business case development and proposals
  • Cost Controlling management
  • Collaboration across Finance and Operational teams at various levels within organization.

The Financial Analyst will be assigned to one of the following functions:
Commercial, Industrial, or Corporate finance groups.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including advanced experience using Excel
  • Excellent and oral and written communication skills
