We are seeking a Senior Operations Finance Analyst to serve as a strategic financial partner to regional operations. Moving beyond routine report creation, you will leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to influence regional business decisions, optimize facility performance, and drive long-term profitability. In this high-visibility role, you will work with the operators on regional budgeting, build financial literacy, and serve as a trusted co-pilot to operational leadership.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Regional Partnership: Partner directly with regional operations leaders to analyze P&L performance, unpack variance drivers, and turn financial data into actionable operational strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Evaluate financial condition and KPIs across facilities, proactively pinpointing margin expansion opportunities, cost savings, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Financial Modeling: Build, refine, and maintain scalable financial models to support regional forecasting, annual budgeting, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Executive Storytelling: Develop and present executive-ready monthly operating review decks that contextualize financial trends against business and industry developments.
  • Process Modernization: Streamline reporting frameworks to automate routine tasks, allowing more time for ad-hoc strategic initiatives and value-add scenario analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 2–4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting, ideally supporting multi-site or regional operations.Experience in investment banking and/or private equity is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strategic Mindset: Intellectually curious with a track record of translating complex financial data into business solutions rather than just generating reports.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel capabilities (dynamic formulas, complex financial modeling, pivot tables); experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, AI, or OneStream is a strong plus.
