We're looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Manager to help lead our financial and administrative operations.

Starting Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

As our Finance & Administration Manager, you will:

✅ Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Process Payroll

Reconcile Bank & Credit Card Accounts

Monitor Company Cash Flow

Prepare Weekly & Monthly Financial Reports

Manage Vendor Payments

Follow up on Customer Collections

Maintain Employee & Financial Records

️ Organize Administrative Operations

Assist with Budgeting & Financial Planning

Work directly with the CEO on company financial strategy

Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and profitability

✔️ Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • Accounting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Finance
  • Office Administration

Strong Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office skills

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Able to maintain strict confidentiality

Self-motivated with a positive attitude
