All Flex Solutions Bloomington 1st or 2nd shift Final Inspector Opening

Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex printed circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission and life critical applications. All Flex products can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and telecommunications.

We are seeking a 2nd shift Final Inspector for our Rigid Center of Excellence facility located in Bloomington, MN. This position assists in maintaining and continually improving the quality system within All Flex working closely with internal support staff to monitor and address quality issues.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform visual and mechanical inspection on in=process and completed product.
  • Train employees in the processes and procedures of Final Inspection.
  • Support nonconforming product resolution (MRB, RMA).
  • Identify and execute system continuous improvement efforts.
  • Completion and review of customer required documentation (Source Inspection, eCerts, PPAP, Gage R&R, cert packs).
  • Ability to program an automated coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform first article inspections (FAIs) per AS9102 and PPAP as needed.
  • Support the ISO9001 and MIL certification processes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent AND technical school certificate OR equivalent related work experience in a relevant All Flex technical position OR equivalent external work experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints, customer drawings, and/or visual aids.
  • Ability to use complex measurement tools, i.e. CMM.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure with frequently changing deadlines and priorities is critical.
  • Ability to work in and lead teams.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
