Company Description

Pinnacle Financial Partners is an independent life insurance brokerage focused on helping individuals and families protect what matters most. We are committed to providing our agents with the training, support, resources, and leadership needed to build successful long-term careers in the insurance industry.
Pinnacle Financial Partners is a growing independent insurance brokerage focused on developing high-performing insurance professionals and providing families with competitive life insurance solutions.

Unlike captive agencies that are limited to one insurance company, our agents have access to multiple carriers and products, giving them more flexibility when helping clients find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

We provide our agents with hands-on sales training, ongoing coaching, proven systems, access to leads, and support throughout the licensing and development process. Our culture is competitive, performance-driven, and built around people who want to grow.

At Pinnacle, advancement is based on results. Agents have opportunities to increase their commission levels, expand into additional markets, develop leadership skills, and take on larger roles within the organization as they perform.

We're looking for competitive, coachable, disciplined individuals who want more control over their income and career. Previous insurance experience isn't required—we're more interested in work ethic, communication skills, and the willingness to learn and execute.

If you're looking for a traditional hourly job where everyone gets rewarded the same regardless of performance, this probably isn't the right fit. If you want an environment where production, consistency, and growth are rewarded, Pinnacle Financial Partners offers the platform to build something substantial.
