Job description

Title: Client Sub Doc Resource (3 Roles)

Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Receipt of docs, queue up for review (standard to offshore, complex to Counsel)
  • Sub doc review – based on checklist/process outlined during training
    • Work within Anduin (digital document platform) to access documents and communicate with clients and update status via the platform
    • Work from PDF for non-Anduin sub docs, communication via email
    • Coordinate with Counsel on complex reviews and side letters
  • Manage additional inquiries from clients
  • Review AML and Tax docs for completeness
  • Liaise with AML and Tax teams to coordinate reviews
  • Upload and categorize docs in Appian
  • Enter data and statuses in Appian (possible OCR/AI solution to scrape data)
  • Upload and categorize docs in Appian
  • Collate ready to close docs
  • Collate and execute final sub docs
