Material Handler / Shipping & Receiving

Fil-Tec, Inc. – Manufacturing

Keep our operation moving. As a Material Handler at Fil-Tec, you play a critical role in ensuring materials, products, and shipments move efficiently through our facility. From receiving raw materials to supporting production and preparing customer shipments, your work directly impacts production flow and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

In this hands-on role, you'll support both warehouse and production operations by moving, tracking, and organizing materials.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Receive, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Pick, stage, and distribute materials to production teams
  • Prepare and verify outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
  • Use computers/data systems to track inventory and shipments
  • Communicate with team members, departments, and carriers to support daily operations
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
