Job description

About the Role:
THE SIGN COMPANY INC in Hillsboro, OR is looking for a skilled Vehicle Wrap and Graphics Installer to join their team! Come work for a company that values craftmanship, teamwork and creating a long-lasting relationship. Our clientele include commercial business, color-change vehicles, and the EMS industry including fire, police and ambulance applications. 
In this role you be responsible for the production and install of vehicle graphics and PPF to a wide variety of vehicles in office and occasionally off site. Further work includes disassembly and reassembly of auto components and also install of wall and window film graphics. 

Responsibilities:
  • Install full and partial vehicle wraps, decals, and vinyl graphics on a variety of vehicle types
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces through cleaning, degreasing, and priming prior to installation
  • Measure, cut, and trim vinyl materials with precision using professional tools and techniques
  • Operate heat guns and squeegees to ensure smooth, bubble-free application
  • Inspect finished installations for quality control and make corrections as needed
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate graphic placement
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly care for tools and equipment
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in vehicle wrap installation, vinyl graphics, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with vinyl application tools including heat guns, squeegees, and cutting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and work around vehicles for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
