Summary:

 

Cosm is seeking a strategic, creative, and passionate Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing Marketing team. This key role will define how audiences discover, experience, and connect with Cosm’s entertainment portfolio, including original content, live experiences, and IP adaptations. This role will be responsible for creating go-to-market strategies, audience engagement plans, and compelling messaging that resonates with fans of cinema, music, arts, and culture. You’ll bring together strategy, creativity, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to drive audience growth, deepen customer engagement, and position Cosm as a leader in the next generation of entertainment. If you live and breathe emerging entertainment trends, understand consumer behavior, and have a passion for immersive, experiential, and location-based experiences, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overarching marketing campaigns for Cosm’s entertainment experiences, driving growth across original content, art, culture, and live events.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and end-to-end marketing campaigns that maximize awareness, ticket sales, and audience retention, integrating traditional, digital, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Services, Programming, Partnerships, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging that aligns with Cosm’s brand.
  • Oversee the creative development of immersive trailers and promotional content projects from concept to execution.
  • Leverage insights, analytics, and consumer data to inform strategy, optimize performance, and identify new audience opportunities.
  • Partner with creators, artists, and other creative talent to amplify storytelling, generate buzz and interest, and build authentic connections with audiences.
  • Represent Cosm at conferences, film festivals, and industry events to build relationships and brand visibility.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance using market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Identify new opportunities for creative expansion, aligned with market trends and Cosm’s fan interests.

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, for a brand or agency, in the entertainment, arts, or culture-related category.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic campaigns that connect audiences and drive measured results, ideally in a ticketed environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing holistic marketing strategies that drive audience and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience optimizing marketing campaigns with clear KPI’s and recommending modifications based on consumer behavior and media performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to package and present ideas.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively and make collective decisions.

The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $150,000 to $175,000. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may vary by geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
