Job Summary
We are seeking a Music Marketing Intern - Fanpages to support digital growth and audience engagement for emerging and established music artists through fan-driven social media content. This role focuses on operating and scaling artist-focused fanpages across short-form platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
The intern will help develop and publish high-volume, culturally relevant content including movie edits, lyric visuals, aesthetic edits, concert clips, and trend-based formats that amplify artist releases and encourage new fan discovery. This position is ideal for someone deeply immersed in internet culture, short-form content, and online music communities.
This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for approximately ~15-20 hours per week over a 3 month term.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow artist-focused and genre-focused fanpages across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Create and publish short-form content using artist music, lyric visuals, concert clips, edits, pop culture moments, memes, and trending formats
  • Monitor emerging social media trends and identify opportunities to integrate artist music into viral content formats
  • Source and organize media assets including film clips, user-generated content, stock footage, and artist visuals
  • Develop compelling hooks, captions, and post concepts optimized for social media engagement
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules across multiple accounts
  • Track performance metrics including views, engagement rate, shares, and follower growth
  • Identify high-performing content formats and iterate on strategies to scale reach

Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts ecosystems
  • Passion for music culture, artist fandoms, and viral internet trends
  • Basic short-form video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
