Job description

SESAC is looking for an Administrator, TV & Film to join our team in Nashville that has excellent attention to detail and a desire to help ensure accuracy of the works registration database by processing content and helping to maintain the SESAC works portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Review cue sheets to identify SESAC content for processing.
  • Analyze TV schedule data.
  • Assist in providing customer service and problem resolution to affiliates regarding the cue sheet registration process.
  • Register works registrations from cue sheets.
  • Review works registrations to ensure basic rights data is received and pre-validated for distribution.
  • Process catalog transfers.
  • Interact with IT on enhancements and inquiries related to the cue sheet database.
  • Support data cleanup projects to ensure accuracy and organization of our registration database.

What Makes You Qualified:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access.
  • Competency in Oracle EBS and related systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of copyright and music publishing.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Good math, analytic, and organizational skills.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with the SESAC repertoire, affiliate roster is helpful but not required.


This is a hybrid role that will require you to commute to our Nashville office a minimum of three days a week.
