Job description

What is the job? 
The Film Booking Assistant Intern supports the accuracy and consistency of film-related data across internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring downstream teams have reliable information to support daily operations.

You’ll work behind the scenes to organize studio communications, validate data, and maintain clean records in Vista. This internship is a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and prioritizing accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

What will you be doing?  

  • You will collect, consolidate, and organize film-related data from multiple sources
  • You will enter and maintain accurate film codes and information in Vista
  • You will validate data for accuracy and consistency before entry
  • You will identify and correct data discrepancies as they arise
  • You will follow established workflows while supporting process improvements
