We are seeking a compassionate, Filipino/Tagalog-speaking caregiver to support our Plano/Allen Senior adult clients in their homes. Many of our clients specifically request caregivers who understand their language and culture - your skills make a real difference! Your starting pay will be based on your experience and client requirements.


Language requirement:

โœ”๏ธ English (basic to conversational)

Qualifications :

  • Help with mobility and transferring clients safely from bed to chair, etc.

  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

  • Offer culturally respectful, language-matched care.

  • Report any changes in the clientโ€™s condition to the healthcare team or family.

  • Maintain accurate records of care provided.

  • Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.

  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

  • Communicate updates with family and care team.
