Job Description Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to assist in the enforcement of judgments through various legal remedies, including garnishments, levies, and liens. This role requires strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of post-judgment collection procedures, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file post-judgment pleadings and legal documents related to enforcement actions.

Monitor case files to track enforcement progress, deadlines, and court requirements.
