The Contracts Manager is a key contributor to the company’s federal contracting operations. This position will serve as the dedicated lead for a high-volume subcontract management, including drafting, negotiation and file management in support of contracts from GSA, DoD and other federal agencies The ideal candidate has strong experience in federal subcontract management, contract compliance, and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract negotiation, administration, and compliance activities for assigned federal programs
  • Draft, review, and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), and other related agreements. May serve as primary point of contact for Contracting Officers (COs), CORs, and internal program leads
  • Lead Subcontract reporting and other federal compliance reporting requirements
  • Ensure ongoing contract compliance with FAR, agency supplements, SCA, and company policy
  • Maintain documentation for contract files, including license renewals and compliance trackers
  • Support proposal efforts as needed, including review of RFP terms and coordination with BD and Pricing teams
  • Process contract modifications and maintain up-to-date contract files and trackers
  • Interpret contractual requirements and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in audit preparation and responses.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct experience managing federal contracts and subcontracts, including subcontractor oversight
  • Demonstrated prior experience with GSA-MAS, GSA-OASIS contracts
  • Strong working knowledge of the FARs/DFARs, and other applicable agency supplements
  • Experience supporting both pre- and post-award-federal contracting activities
  • Hands-on experience with GSA systems and portals, including FAS Catalog Platform, GSA eMod, and GSA FAS Sales Reporting, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SharePoint, and DocuSign
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications - Prior oversight of subcontractor or vendor relationships - CPCM certification or similar credential (a plus)
