What You’ll Do

The Program Compliance Coordinator supports the Director of Compliance and assists with the connection between the affordable compliance team, property operations, corporate compliance leadership, and compliance service vendors. As a coordinates day-to-day affordable housing compliance activities, maintains complete and accurate resident files, supports property teams, prepares documentation for agency reviews, and supports compliance with HUD, LIHTC, HOME, Rural Development, Fair Housing, VAWA, HOTMA, NSPIRE, and other applicable affordable housing regulations under the direction of the Director of Compliance.

Your day-to-day may include:
  • Assist with onboarding new affordable housing communities by establishing compliance records, agency contacts, and required documentation.
  • Support operational teams in preparing documentation for TRACS submissions, vouchers, MOR reviews, management reviews, and regulatory reporting.
  • Conduct pre-audit file reviews, track corrective action items, and verify completion of compliance deficiencies.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams on training related to affordable properties.
  • Support the Director of Compliance as the liaison between Yardi, compliance vendors, internal stakeholders, and property site personnel.
Requirements What You Bring
  • Affordable housing compliance administration and regulatory interpretation.
  • Audit coordination, file auditing, income calculation, eligibility determination, and corrective action tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while supporting day-to-day compliance activities.
  • Ability to monitor certifications, recertification deadlines, file submissions, dashboards, and regulatory reporting timelines.

The expected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00- $130,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
