Job description

The Cottner Firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Injury Case Manager with at least two (2) years of plaintiff personal injury case manager experience to join our growing Las Vegas personal injury firm.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with clients, is bi-lingual (Spanish) and can independently manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment status and claim progression
  • Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and billing
  • Draft demands and compile supporting documentation
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding liability, treatment, and settlement
  • Review and organize case files and supporting evidence
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all files
  • Assist attorneys with case strategy and claim development
  • Maintain accurate file notes and case management records
  • Coordinate settlement disbursements and client communications as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of prior plaintiff personal case manager expereince
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • In-office only. No work from home opportunity
