The Claris product management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for delivering delightful experiences and independently drive projects towards completion. Product Managers within our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritize product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products.
10+ years of experience in driving the development of products as a product manager or product leader, with a strong focus on rapid application development platforms and related technologies8+ years managing a backlog in JIRA in Scrum specifically as a product manager.3+ Experience functioning as a lead PM (providing key direction to other PMs) on major initiativesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldExperience writing evaluations for LLM models to ensure AI workflow performanceExperience creating externally facing/revenue generating products that involve AI workflows with associated model metrics2+ years of 0-1 external product launches with Scrum SDLC with proven revenue target attainment.3+ years of experience as product manager launching technical features and products in the developer experience and productivity domain (not internal efficiency, but revenue generating products)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and quick timelines
