Job File Coordinator

As a Job File Coordinator, you will assist the reconstruction team in successfully completing projects!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complete internal job file quality reviews
  • Audit estimates and maintain an upload process
  • Help Project Managers coordinate subcontractors and job scheduling
  • Daily contact with property owners, subcontractors, and insurance personnel
  • Weekly meetings with Project Managers to discuss projects
  • Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments, as needed

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

  • This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
