Job description

Resinall Corp, an Ergon company, currently has a part-time opening for an Administrative Assistant role in our Operational Excellence department. This postition will be located at our Hattiesburg, Mississippi location.

The Administrative Assistant – Operational Excellence supports the Operational Excellence (OPEX) department as needed with clerical type duties to help ensure that all OPEX data and records are kept current, all reports are generated as scheduled, and all OPEX work is performed in the most efficient and professional manner. This position will report to the Operational Excellence Manager.

Position Qualifications:

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and PowerPoint, strong telephone skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities Include the Following:

· Keep safe work habits as the highest priority at all times

· Maintain a well-organized workspace at all times

· Practice good working relationships with all co-workers and associates

· Help maintain safety records

· Help maintain contractor files and pre-qualification records

· Scan insurance certifications

· Assist with coordination of daily office duties and other tasks as assigned

· General filing and maintenance of files and indexes

· Organize and file Permits for the month

· Update Master List and Files

· Scan and update employee training records

· Assists in the development of training content and material

· Generate, maintain, and distribute departmental reports and charts

· Organize, Scan, and Store Equipment Files

· Provide assistance to other departments as needed.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed, in alignment with the employee's training.
