Spanish Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking a professional, reliable, and motivated Spanish Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming office environment while providing administrative and HR support that promotes teamwork and reflects ServiceMaster's values.

Pay & Schedule

  • Wage: $20
  • Employment Type: Full-time 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8AM - 5PM and Friday 8AM - 2PM
  • Reports to: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Office Support
    • Greet employees, applicants, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
    • Receive and sign for deliveries; distribute items to appropriate departments
    • Assist employees with office-related needs (copier, internet, supplies, etc.)
  • Phone & Communication Management
    • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
    • Screen employee calls and route to appropriate staff
    • Screen and direct sales calls to management
    • Take accurate messages and maintain professional phone etiquette
    • Complete and distribute the daily phone log by 9:30 AM
  • Administrative & Data Entry
    • Prepare job applications and hiring packets daily
    • Track employee call-outs and time-off requests in Excel
    • Enter production log times for cleaning, window, and floor departments
    • Maintain office supply inventory and assist with supply distribution
  • Filing & Documentation
    • File production and floor logs daily and archive monthly
    • Assist with general filing and document organization
    • Laminate insurance cards, key tags, and related materials
    • Shred confidential documents as required
  • Employee Support & Engagement
    • Prepare birthday, anniversary, and sympathy cards; coordinate signatures
    • Arrange condolence flowers and cards when appropriate
    • Support company events such as quarterly meetings, open houses, and company picnics
  • Additional Duties
    • Assist HR and Office Management with assigned tasks as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
