Job description

Description
AREG is an award-winning, high-production real estate team in the greater Houston area. We're looking for a TC - Client Operations to run daily file management, transaction timelines, vendor and client communication, and team systems. This is a high-production, high-efficiency environment, and an amazing opportunity for growth for the right person.
This is not a generalist VA or admin role. We need someone with real estate judgment who can make decisions, not just follow checklists. You'll need great energy, genuinely enjoy working with people, and bring excellent communication skills to every file and every relationship.
The salary is a BASE - there are bonuses for each file, which puts you well above the base.
Responsibilities
• Own the active file pipeline from contract to close, serving as the point of contact for judgment calls on transactions
• Coordinate with our Documents team and support roles to keep files moving
• Run our listing process and keep client communication, campaign, and other team systems running on track
• Identify urgent issues that need leadership attention versus issues you can resolve directly
• Grow into a larger leadership role as the team scales and production increases
Qualifications
• Texas licensed real estate agent or substantial operations experience and solid Texas real estate knowledge
• Can manage multiple active files simultaneously without anything falling through the cracks
• Strong communicator who can represent the team's voice with clients and vendors with high professionalism and maturity
• Great energy, people-first attitude, and excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
• Reliable home office setup, with the discipline to stay focused and self-directed in a remote role
