Job description

Nielsen Dodge is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / File Clerk to join our growing dealership team. This position plays an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting daily dealership operations.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-up phone calls with customers after sales and service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain and organize dealership files, including invoices, repair orders, and other important records.
  • Accurately file, retrieve, and manage paperwork in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as needed.
  • Help maintain an organized office environment.
  • Complete additional clerical and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
