• Advanced Workflows (uaa-awe) — CRON workflows, STREAM workflows, Advanced Workflows (event-driven logic, timer-based qualification, alarm correlation)
• RACR rules development (uaa-med-fme) — JavaScript-based alarm classification rules, problem Code assignment, severity overrides, RA-specific rule blocks
• Alarm management — alarm lifecycle (raise/clear/acknowledge), alarm correlation (RCA creation), soak timers, flapping detection, persistence qualification
• UAA integrations — Kafka message production/consumption, Remedy API integration (ticket creation), API Gateway
• Python scripting — Remedy integration scripts (advanced_trouble_ticket.py), Kafka consumer logic, payload construction
• RA (Resource Adapter) management — RA certification, alarm/PM data collection, device onboarding
