ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Produce userguides and documentation that support staff training and long-term adoption ofnew standards.ย

Qualificationsย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Currentstudent in a program related to Information Management, BusinessAdministration, Data Management, Computer Science, or a similar field.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Strongattention to detail and excellent organizational skills.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Ability toanalyze existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Comfortable withdigital tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or othercloud-based file systems.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Strongcommunication skills, including the ability to explain technical processes insimple terms.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Ability towork independently, manage timelines, and balance multiple tasks.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experiencewith workflow mapping, metadata practices, or document management is an asset.ย
