Starting Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Job Location: Kalaheo
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Description:
  • Coordinate the hiring process
  • Manage and oversee employee onboarding
  • Assist with administration of employee benefit programs
  • Maintain employee handbook and personnel files
  • Develop applicable HR policies and oversee implementation
  • Provide required regulatory notices and filings
  • Manage employee relations
  • Provide management team with direction and guidance in applying HR policies
  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee off-boarding process
  • Manage workers comp, TDI claims and FMLA policy paperwork
  • Conduct periodic compensation studies
Required Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience (preferably non-profit)
  • Highly professional and ethical
  • Strong planning, organization and decision-making
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Ability and confidence to coach, counsel, mentor and influence staff
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
