Job Summary

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Care Office Ministries by coordinating daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner.



Essential Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare the Hospital List as needed - once per week, as well as any time the Pastoral Care Assistant is out of office.
  • Process Nexonia statements for Pastoral Care, Counseling, Cherish Kids, and Mercy in Motion.
  • Maintain the Homebound List and send birthday cards to those on the list.
  • New Baby Gifts: order supplies and put together the gift boxes as needed
  • Assist Pastoral Care with flower and gift orders.
  • Help complete tasks needed during peak calendar times, i.e. Launches, Season of Giving, Trainings.
  • Process all the eSpace needs for the Care Office Ministries.
