Court Clerk
The City of Junction City is currently looking for a talented individual to fill the part-time Court Clerk position.
Job Description:
The City of Junction City is hiring a Court Clerk to join the team! This position is part-time, approximately 10 hours per week (40 hours per month) and is not represented by AFSCME and is not eligible for City benefits. The hourly rate is $24.57-$27.66.
Schedule:
  • Approximately 10 hours per week / 40 hours per month
  • Flexible schedule based on department and court needs
  • Schedule may vary and will be coordinated with the supervisor

Benefits:
This position is not eligible for City benefits.
General Position Summary:
This position provides clerical and administrative support to the City's Court Department and assists the City's existing Court Clerk with the day-to-day operations of the Municipal Court. Duties may include preparing and maintaining court records, assisting with court dockets and proceedings, processing and filing documents, responding to inquiries from the public, and providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Court. This position may also assist with interpreting and applying applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to court operations.
