Job Title - Asst 1, Administrative
Location : Covington ,GA
Duration - 9+ Months Contract]
Total Hours/week - 40.00
Shift Work days/hours : 3 day in office/2 Day at home, 2 week Training in office 5 days a week

Job Description
  • Track all US Domestic Brachytherapy shipped from BBI (Warhouse)
  • Add lot number to all PD orders BBI receives from TGX.
  • Iron Mountain Archives - Handles Iron Mountain for Covington Division (order boxes, pickups, Archive Brachy files for Iron Mtn)
  • Month End reports and Billing of monthly Equipment lease fees.
  • Ship confirm TGX SD orders in JDE - Send OD# and charge # to AP
  • Assist Brachy rep with Pricing, Quotes and order history reports as needed.
  • Process & submit invoices for payment (Fed Ex, MTE, MERA etc.)
  • Send out weekly invoices to special customers on list
  • Invoices to customers and departments as requested.
  • Daily Case Count report - recording number of orders Brachytherapy has received / processed daily
  • Credit / Collections monthly list - Seek resolution to any unpaid / outstanding invoices
  • Credit / Re-bill invoices as needed (Case Canc, incorrect Pricing, PO, address, etc.)
  • SP Credit/ Re-bills (Intercompany, Europe Japan, S Africa orders)
    Tax Credits
  • CR / CN process & Approval
  • Enter PO number for orders when received
  • Add BPO to address book when received
  • Process PO requisitions in JDE Approval Express (Equip, needles, BPO for year).
  • Price override as needed
  • Filing- Assist quality team with filing as needed.
  • Create new files for new accounts
  • Send out Return Docs / Fed Ex labels to customers as needed.
  • AR Checks and Other Dept Mail
    Other Admin duties:
  • Order Office Supplies for Dept
  • Maintain Copier / Fax machines / File cabinet repairs etc.
  • Monthly Dept Calendars / Phone & JDE list
  • Assist with other projects and special functions as needed within the department Book Conference rooms / Order Lunches as needed and set up
