Overview
Force Security, a Konica Minolta company, has an exciting opportunity for a Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and support roles to facilitate the daily workflow in support of the organization and our customers.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.
  • Manage all support requests and scheduling with customers in the ticketing system.
  • Manage customer accounts for alarm monitoring centers and the ticketing system.
  • Maintain customer support records.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work under direction and independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service, high-volume call center, and/or scheduling roles preferred.
  • Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
