Job description

National Wholesale Account Executive - Remote
Let's skip the polite intro.
If you're a producing Non-QM AE, you don't need another generic job post.
You need to know one thing:
Will this place help me fund more - or slow me down?
At Oaktree Funding Corp, we built a platform for producers who want leverage.
Not politics.
Not bottlenecks.
Not comp caps disguised as "structure."
What changes here?
  • Warm inside marketing leads plus your self-gen book
  • Aggressive Non-QM pricing and structures that win
  • Ops that understand urgency
  • Direct access to leadership when a deal needs movement
  • Uncapped comp - $500K+ is very real when volume is there

You're not fighting your own company to close loans.
You're scaling.
The Role
You'll:
  • Expand and manage a broker territory
  • Structure competitive Non-QM deals
  • Drive volume from submission to funding
  • Partner with ops and leadership to move fast

No fluff. Just execution.
Who This Is For
  • 2+ years recent Non-QM AE experience
  • Competitive but relationship-driven
  • Comfortable hunting and closing
  • Tired of ceilings

If you're satisfied where you are, stay.
If you know you're capable of more - let's talk.

Most AEs stay because it's familiar.
Top producers move when it makes sense.
