 Overview

Join a physically active, team-driven role supporting field operations. As a Field Tech, you’ll work alongside an experienced crew to keep job sites running safely and efficiently—handling tools, moving pipe, mixing materials, and supporting rig operations. This role is based in North Conroe and includes regional travel across Texas while on rotation.

Essential skills and qualifications:
  • Ability to perform hands-on field support, including:
    • Handling tools (tongs, wrenches) and assisting with moving pipe and equipment
    • Maintaining a clean, organized job site and work areas (crew truck, lockers, materials)
  • Willingness to learn basic rig maintenance before/during/after shifts
  • Ability to operate vehicles and follow DOT rules and regulations
  • Availability to participate in an on-call rotation with regional travel across Texas, and be reachable by phone to report as needed
Nice to Have
  • Previous manual labor experience in construction (preferred)
  • Familiarity with rigs, pumps, forklifts, trailers, air compressors, light towers, or similar field equipment
  • Experience working safely in outdoor, industrial environments
Preferred Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or applicable experience
  • Prior hands-on labor experience (especially construction or similar field work) is a plus
Other Requirements
  • Must successfully pass:
    • Background check
    • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per company policy
    • Pre-employment drug test and physical (depending on position)
    • Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 and E-Verify participation)
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required
  • Candidates must be able to commute within 45 minutes of North Conroe (no exceptions)
