Coastal Security Services, Inc. is a growing contract security company serving clients across multiple markets.

Position Summary

Are you a natural leader who thrives on flexibility and variety? CSSI is looking for a Field Support Officer for a hands-on role where no two days look the same supporting client accounts, mentoring site staff, and jumping in wherever the team needs backup most. This position has no fixed schedule: you may work days (1st or 2nd shift) or nights (3rd shift) based on where you're needed, with weekend availability required. If you like ownership, variety, and being the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill open shifts across our sites you're the first call when an officer can't make it in, ready to step in and keep coverage solid
  • Support other officers and supervisors wherever coverage is needed, helping sites run smoothly
  • Lead by example train, coach, and support site staff, and help new officers and supervisors get up to speed
  • Visit sites regularly to check in on personnel and equipment, and make sure everyone is set up to succeed
  • Take ownership make sound decisions in the field and know when to loop in leadership
  • Jump into other projects as needed; we're a team that helps each other out

  • Competitive base pay: $25.00/hour
