We are expanding our team in North America and seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join us in delivering cutting-edge solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. You will be working with the most prevalent companies in the world and support their growth development in FAB production and application.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to work with advanced semiconductor measurement equipment. This role goes beyond installation and troubleshooting; you will ensure optimal performance of our measurement tools and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication : Confirm Facility requirement prior to equipment Installation.
  • Installation & Maintenance: Complete installation or relocations of SuperSizer series measuring tools and conduct regular preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting : Identify and Resolve issues in Supersizer products at the component level to minimize downtime and prevent system interruptions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports to facilitate seamless coordination between Chroma and Customers
  • Inventory Management: Ensure Appropriate spare parts levels and perform periodic inventory counts.
  • Data Analysis : Conduct data collection, analysis, and calibration on Supersize series products.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 1-3 years of experience in the semiconductor field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor measurement equipment
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
