Job description

Part-Time Field Service Specialist - Phoenix

We are looking to hire a part-time Field Service Specialist in Phoenix and surrounding areas for approximately 15 hours a week. Training on our processes included.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of onsite safety equipment in the field.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on the status of serviced units.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Coordinate with the office to ensure all service records are up to date.
  • Potential to earn commission on sales leads - per unit commission pay for added clients
  • compensation to include reimbursed mileage
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in field service or a related technical role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 20 hours per week, with some variability depending on demand.
  • Bulk of hours would be between 8 am and 5 pm, weekdays
  • MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK TO ENTER FEDERAL AND STATE BUILDINGS
  • Ability to lift/carry 20lbs.
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must provide own transportation (mileage reimbursement included)
