Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Field Service Millwrights to support maintenance, overhaul, installation, inspection, and commissioning activities for turbomachinery and rotating equipment at customer sites throughout Texas, Louisiana, and other locations across the United States. This is a full-time field service position supporting refinery, petrochemical, LNG, pipeline, power generation, and industrial customers. Candidates must be willing to travel and work at customer facilities as project requirements dictate. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with steam turbines, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps, gearboxes, expanders, and other high-speed rotating equipment commonly manufactured by OEMs such as Baker Hughes, Siemens Energy, GE Vernova, Mitsubishi Power, Solar Turbines, Elliott Group, MAN Energy Solutions, Dresser-Rand, and Atlas Copco.


Essential Responsibilities

Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble rotating equipment.

Perform precision measurements, mechanical inspections, and equipment evaluations.

Execute shaft alignments, machinery installations, and mechanical fit-up activities.

Read and interpret OEM manuals, engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Complete inspection reports, check sheets, and daily field documentation.

Support outage, turnaround, commissioning, and emergency response projects at customer sites.

Maintain tooling, equipment, and work areas in accordance with company standards.


Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of industrial millwright or rotating equipment experience.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with steam turbines, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps, gearboxes, or expanders.

Exposure to equipment manufactured by OEMs such as Baker Hughes, Siemens Energy, GE Vernova, Mitsubishi Power, Solar Turbines, Elliott Group, MAN Energy Solutions, Dresser-Rand, or Atlas Copco.

Strong understanding of precision measurement and shaft alignment practices.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.


Note: Experience limited primarily to reciprocating compressors is not considered equivalent turbomachinery experience for this position.


Travel Requirements

Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout Texas, Louisiana, and the United States.

Must be available for overtime, weekends, holidays, and night shifts when required.

Ability to pass DISA drug screening requirements.

Ability to pass DISA hair follicle testing requirements.

Clean and professional work history.

Valid driver's license.

TWIC card preferred; candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TWIC card if required by customer facilities.
