Project Manager – Crosby Brownlie (Rochester, NY)

Crosby Brownlie is seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from initial planning through final closeout. As a well-established, family-owned organization with over 40 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and process piping, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient project outcomes. This role requires a results-driven professional capable of exercising sound judgment, leadership, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance in accordance with contractual obligations
• Coordinate with engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and execution
• Oversee procurement activities, resource planning, and project implementation
• Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through successful project delivery

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, piping, or plumbing preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Job-relevant higher education degree preferred
• Proficiency with industry-related technology tools is a plus (Procore, Stratus, Bluebeam, MEP software, etc.)
